Our Hours are Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 PM We close for lunch between Noon and 1 PM.
Saturday 8 am to 12 noon
Sunday 3 PM to 5 PM

REQUIRED VACCINES

In the best interest of all our guests, an up-to-date vaccination record is required before boarding. Vaccines must be administered by a vet. Please have your veterinarian fax the vaccination records to us prior to your arrival date. (fax: 615-457-1840) We will not accept animals for boarding with diagnosed terminal illnesses. They need to stay at a vet for proper care. We administer up to 2 medications at no charge, 3 or more will incur a $5 per day charge. Older dogs that require extra care will be charged an $8 a day Geriatric fee. All medications must be in original packaging.
Required vaccinations required are:

• Canines
• Rabies
• DHLP-P (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosos, Parvo, Parainfluenza)
• Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• Felines
• Rabies
• Distemper (Fvrcp)
• Leukemia (Felv)

OUR RATES: ARE BY THE DAY PER DOG.
There will be a $8.00 a day fee added for female dogs in heat during their stay.
There will be a $5.00 a day fee added for unneutured males over 1 year old.
Dog kennels and Dog dens: $30.00 a day per dog.
For Family Room: A Spacious 10' by 11' area for your dogs to enjoy. AND
K-9 Kondo 1 & 2: Comfy 6' by 8' runs with an attached 8' by 8' outdoor run. The rates are $35.00 a day per dog.
Wishbone suite $45.00 for first dog & $40\.00 for additional dogs. Dogs must be at least one year old to stay in the suite. No Puppies. You will be charged a $60 no call/no show fee if you fail to give a 48 hour notice of cancellation. First time customers will be required to put a card on file at time of booking boarding.

Cats: $22.00 per day per cat.
Our cat cottages are 2 1/2 ft by 3 ft. If you have 2 cats they may room together in our spacious Duplex cottages thus doubling their space.

If you drop off between 3 to 5 PM you will not be charged for the first day. OR
if you pick up your dog between 8 and 9 am on your return you will not be charged for that day.
HOWEVER YOU WILL NOT GET BOTH DAYS FREE. Please note: because we charge by the day if you arrive on Saturday between 8 am and 12 noon and leave the next day (Sunday) during our hours of 3 PM til 5 PM you will incur a 2 day charge.
Payment is required when you drop off your pet.
We accept: cash, check or Visa / Mastercard.

Our kennel is climate controlled. Your pets will stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
You are welcome to bring anything that will make your pet feel more at home. Special treats, food, blankets, toys, etc. please limit to 3 items.
DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS FOR YOUR PET(S) WE DO NOT ALLOW REAL DOG BONES IN OUR KENNEL.
We are closed for drop off and pick up of pets on the following Holidays:
New Years Day
Easter
Memorial Day
4th of July
The Saturday before Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
The minimum Holiday stay will be charged as two days.
Your pets will receive the same care and attention, plus special Holiday treats.
A credit card number will be required to hold a Holiday reservation, Spring and Fall School Breaks. A holiday period is considered 3 days either side of actual holiday. If we are not notified of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time, a non refundable $60 fee will be charged to your credit card.
We reserve the right to move your pet(s) if they become destructive or cause too much discord to our other guests.
In the event of relocation your charges will remain the same. If your pet causes excessive damage we reserve the right to charge a $60.00 damage fee.
